华法林治疗深静脉血栓形成的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探索及分析对深静脉血栓形成患者采用华法林进行治疗的临床效果。方法 选取本科室2013年11月-2015年12月接收的深静脉血栓形成的患者82例为研究对象,全部病例采取华法林口服抗凝,并根据INR调整剂量。结果 华法林治疗总有效率达到97.6%,而出血率在4.88%左右,且未发生致命性出血病例。结论 华法林治疗深静脉血栓形成患者疗效显著,安全性较高,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect ofHua Falin in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis patients.Methods coUection of undergraduate course room in November 2015 2013 to December 2004 received deep venous thrombosis of 82 cases of patients with clinical studies, all cases take oral anticoagulation with warfarin, and according to INR adjusted dose.Results The total effective rate was 97.6%, and the bleeding rate was about 4.88%, and there was no fatal hemorrhage in cases.Conclusion Hua Falin in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis patients with significant efficacy, higher safety, it is worth further promotion.
