罗哌卡因行星状神经节阻滞治疗更年期综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨罗哌卡因行星状神经节阻滞治疗更年期综合征的疗效。方法:选取2015年7月至2016年4月我院收治的更年期综合征患者60例,依据随机数表法分为Ⅰ组(0.5%利多卡因星状神经节阻滞)和Ⅱ组(0.2%罗哌卡因星状神经节阻滞),比较两组患者临床疗效、Kupperman评分、雌激素(E2)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平、霍纳综合征及并发症发生率。结果:Ⅰ组总有效率为76.67%;Ⅱ组总有效率为93.33%。治疗后1周、2周、1个月,两组患者的Kupperman评分逐渐降低,且Ⅱ组患者的Kupperman评分明显低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组患者治疗后E2明显升高,FSH、LH水平均显著降低,且Ⅱ组变化幅度更大(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组霍纳综合征患者分别为27例(90.00%)、29例(96.67%),并发症总发生率分别为30.00%、10.00%。结论:罗哌卡因行星状神经节阻滞能够有效改善更年期综合征症状,临床效果明显优于利多卡因,具有安全性高、毒副作用小的特点。Objective. To explore the efficacy of ropivacaine planet-like ganglion block in the treatment of menopausal syndrome. Methods, 60 patients of menopausal syndromein our hospital during July 2015 to April 2016were selected and divided into group I（0.5 % lidocaine stellate ganglion block）and groupⅡ （0.2 % Rom ropivacaine stellate gangli- on block）according to a random number table to compare the clinical efficacy, Kupperman score, estrogen（E2）, folli- cle-stimulating hormone（FSH）, luteinizing hormone（LH）levels, Horner syndrome and the incidences of complica- tiong of two groups. Results：The total effective rate of group I was 76.67% and the total effective rate of group Ⅱ was 93.33 %. After the treatment for one week, two weeks and one month,Kupperman scores of both groups were reducing gradually. Kupperman scores of group Ⅱ were significantly lower than that of group I （ P %0.05）. E2 of both groups were significantly higher, FSH and LH of both groups were significantly lower. Group Ⅱ experienced a higher change rate（P〈0.05）. Horner syndrome of group I and group Ⅱ were respectively 27 cases（90.00%）and 29 cases（96.67%）,the overall incidence of complications of two groups were respectively 30.00% and 10.00%. Conclusions.Ropivacaine planet-like ganglion block can effectively improve the symptoms of menopause syndrome, has better clinical effectiveness than lidoeaine and characteristics of higher security and little side-effect.
