摘  要:近年来,国内尿素、钾盐、磷肥等价格持续低迷,各煤化工企业积极寻找出路,国内复合肥、复混肥发展呈稳步上升趋势。转鼓复合肥装置克服了传统圆盘造粒的瓶颈和不利因素,且投资较低,成为高浓度复混肥企业发展的首选装置。转鼓氨酸造粒技术易成粒、颗粒强度高、适用配方多,成为复混肥生产的重点工艺之一。通过改造1套15万t/a蒸汽转鼓复混肥装置与设计1套5万t/a氨酸造粒复混肥装置的对比,经过摸索实际生产运行经验,简单总结了设计及生产工艺存在的优势与不足。In recent years,the domestic urea,potash,phosphate fertilizer prices continued to slump,each coal chemical enterprises to actively find a way out,the domestic fertilizer,fertilizer development process a steady upward trend.Drum fertilizer to overcome most of the original disc granulator traditional bottlenecks and unfavorable factors,with low investment,high concentrations of fertilizer as the preferred means of business development.Drum granulation technology easily into acid tablets,high particle strength, more suitable formula to become one of the key technology of compound fertilizer production.Through the transformation of a set of 150 000 t/a steam drum compound fertilizer plant and design a set of 50,000 t/a granulation acid compound fertilizer plant,groping through a period of actual production run,a brief summary of the design and production process exist the advantages and disadvantages.
