摘　　要：以国内某建筑施工企业的采购业务流程为研究对象,用Petri网技术构建了现有环境下和优化后的采购流程模型,以这两种情况下的业务流程模型的时间定量分析,来分析原有采购流程及优化后流程的优劣。结果表明,合理地选择供应商,提高了业务信息传递和处理的效率,缩短了采购周期。In the domestic construction enterprises procurement business process as the research object,construct the model of the procurement process under the existing environment and optimized using the Petri net technology with time quantitative business process model under the two conditions of the analysis,to analyze the existing procurement process and optimized process quality.The results show that the reasonable choice of supplier selection mode,improve the efficiency of business information transmission and processing, shorten the procurement cycle.
