摘 要:为了使掺入PVA纤维的水泥混凝土搅拌得更加均匀,以某PVA纤维束双卧轴搅拌分散设备为研究对象,利用Fluent软件对PVA纤维束双卧轴搅拌器的搅拌分散过程进行数值模拟,研究叶片间距、搅拌轴距和转速对搅拌流场的湍流强度和压力分布的影响。结果表明:减小叶片间距、减小搅拌轴距和增大搅拌转速对纤维搅拌分散有利;同时,对PVA纤维束进行流体参数估算,为纤维束搅拌流场仿真分析提供参数依据。In order to make the PVA fiber evenly mixed with cement concrete, Fluent, a computational fluid dynamics software tool, was applied to conduct the numerical simulation of the scattering and stirring of PVA fiber bundles in double-shaft mixer. The effect of blade interval, distance between the stirring shafts and mixing speed on the turbulence intensity and stress distribution of the flow field was studied. The results show that the PVA fiber is scattered more evenly when the blade interval and the distance between the stirring shafts are reduced or the mixing speed goes higher. Meanwhile, the estimate of fluid dynamics of PVA fiber bundles provides basis for the fluid field simulation.
