摘 要:以MSS50双幅整体浇筑式移动模架系统为研究对象,用ANSYS有限元分析软件对该移动模架系统进行整体建模。通过模拟仿真计算,得出移动模架系统的应力分布情况和变形情况,校核移动模架系统在最大受力状态下其结构的强度、刚度以及屈曲稳定性,同时给出主梁的挠度曲线,为模架预拱度调整提供理论依据。研究结果表明:该模架系统在最大受力状态下,强度、刚度及屈曲稳定性均满足要求。An integral model of the MSS50 movable scaffolding system which has the function of double integral pouring was established by using ANSYS. In the finite element analysis software, the stress distribution and deformation condition were obtained, and the stress distribution, flexural rigidity and buckling stability under maximum stress condition were calculated. In addition, the girder's deflection curve of movable scaffolding system was given. The simulations could provide theoretical basis for pre-camber adjustment of the system. The simulation results show that the stress distribution, flexural rigidity and buckling stability of MSS50 movable scaffolding system meet the engineering requirements.
