摘　　要：目的筛查厦门部分医院鲍氏不动杆菌产新德里金属β-内酰胺酶-1(NDM-1)基因,了解产NDM-1鲍氏不动杆菌的流行情况。方法收集厦门部分医院2013年1月-2014年12月鲍氏不动杆菌341株,采用VIKET COMPACT 2全自动细菌鉴定仪进行鉴定和药敏实验,改良Hodge实验、MBL E-test法进行NDM-1表型确认,PCR方法进行NDM-1基因扩增,并将基因扩增产物进行测序比对。结果筛选出5株产NDM-1的鲍氏不动杆菌,表型确证实验结果为阳性,PCR扩增产物BLAST比对为99%以上同源性。结论厦门地区已出现产NDM-1鲍氏不动杆菌,应加强携带blaNDM-1菌株的监测与预防控制。OBJECTIVE To screen the New Delhi metallo‐β‐lactamase‐1 （NDM‐1） gene in Acinetobacter baumannii strains in some hospitals of Xiamen and understand the prevalence of the NDM‐1‐producing A .baumannii strains . METHODS A total of 341 strains of A .baumannii that were isolated from some hospitals of Xiamen from Jan 2013 to Dec 2014 were collected ,then the strains were identified by using VIKET COMPACT 2 automatic bacterial i‐dentification system ,the drug susceptibility testing was carried out ,the NDM‐1 phenotype was confirmed by means of modified Hodge test and MBL E‐test ,the NDM‐1 gene was amplified with the use of PCR ,and the am‐plified products were sequenced and compared .RESULTS Totally 5 strains of NDM‐1‐producing A .baumannii were screened out ;the phenotype conformation test showed positive ,and the PCR amplified products showed more than 99% of homology by the BLAST contrast .CONCLUSION The NDM‐1‐producing A .baumannii strains have e‐merged in Xiamen area ,and it is necessary to strengthen the surveillance ,prevention ,and control of the strains carrying with blaNDM‐1 .
