高渗盐敷料联合负压封闭引流治疗剖宫产术后切口感染的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高渗盐敷料联合负压封闭引流治疗剖宫产术后切口感染的效果,为临床研究提供参考依据。方法选择2012年1月-2015年12月60例剖宫产术后切口感染的患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例,对照组给予常规高渗盐敷料换药,观察组给予高渗盐敷料联合负压封闭引流,比较两组患者切口愈合不良发生率,并分析其换药次数、愈合时间及住院时间。结果观察组切口面积愈合率(92.45±3.51)%明显高于对照组(86.16±4.27)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组切口愈合不良发生率10.0%明显低于对照组46.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组换药次数为(2.45±0.51)次,愈合时间为(6.16±1.27)d,住院时间为(7.38±1.78)d,明显少于对照组(5.59±0.64)次,(7.34±1.78)d,(9.40±1.69)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高渗盐敷料联合负压封闭引流可以有效改善剖宫产术后切口感染,促进剖宫产术后切口愈合,减少住院时间,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of hypertonic salt dressings combined with vacuum sealing drainage on treatment of incision infections after cesarean section so as to provide guidance for clinical study .METHODS From Jan 2012 to Dec 2015 ,a total of 60 patients who had incision infection after cesarean section were recruited as the study objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,with 30 cases in each group . The control group was given the conventional hypertonic salt dressings change ,and the observation group was treated with hypertonic salt dressings combined with vacuum sealing drainage .The incidence of adverse incision healing was compared between the two groups of patients ;the number of times of drug dressing ,healing time , and length of hospital stay were observed .RESULTS The healing rate of incision area of the observation group was （92 .45 ± 3 .51）% ,significantly higher than （86 .16 ± 4 .27）% of the control group （P〈0 .05） .The incidence of adverse incision healing of the observation group was 10 .0% ,significantly lower than 46 .7% of the control group （P〈0 .05） .The number of times of drug dressing of the observation group was （2 .45 ± 0 .51） times ,significantly less than （5 .59 ± 0 .64） times of the control group;the healing time of the observation group was （6 .16 ± 1 .27） days ,significantly shorter than （7 .34 ± 1 .78） days of the control group;the length of hospital stay of the obser‐vation group was （7 .38 ± 1 .78） days ,significantly shorter than （9 .40 ± 1 .69） days of the control group（P〈0 .05） .CONCLUSION The hypertonic salt dressings combined with vacuum sealing drainage can effectively improve the incision infection after the cesarean section ,facilitate the postoperative incision healing ,and reduce the length of hospital stay ;it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital .
