摘 要:目的探讨新生儿细菌性感染对中性粒细胞粘附因子CD11b、CD64、血小板活化因子(PAF)、PAF乙酰水解酶(PAF-AH)和白细胞介素-8(L-8)表达的影响,为新生儿细菌性感染临床诊治提供参考。方法选取2015年6月-2016年2月在医院住院50例细菌性感染新生儿(感染组)和50例非感染性疾病新生儿(非感染组),检测静脉血CD11b、CD64、和IL-8,动脉血PAF、PAF-AH。结果感染组CD11b、CD64、PAF和IL-8为(305.30±140.29)MFI、(23.10±14.56)MFI、(8.06±5.33)μg/L、(172.39±31.85)ng/L,高于对照组(231.21±84.68)MFI、(8.12±3.05)MFI、(4.27±2.31)μg/L、(40.21±16.92)ng/L,PAF-AH为(6.22±2.34)μmol/L/min低于对照组(9.74±2.13)μmol/L/min,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);全身感染组CD11b、CD64、PAF和IL-8高于局部感染组,PAF-AH低于局部感染组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);感染组治疗7d时CD11b、CD64、PAF和IL-8低于治疗前,PAF-AH高于治疗前,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿细菌性感染时可引起血CD11b、CD64、PAF和IL-8的表达升高,PAF-AH活性下降,以上指标表达程度与感染严重程度关系密切。OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of bacterial infections on expression of neutrophil adhesion factors (CD11b ,CD64) ,platelet activating factor (PAF) ,PAF acetylhydrolase (PAF‐AH) ,and interleukin‐8 (IL‐8) in neonates so as to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the neonates with bacterial infections . METHODS A total of 50 neonates with bacterial infection ( the infection group) and 50 neonate with non‐infectious disease (the non‐infection group) who were hospitalized from Jun 2015 from Feb 2016 were enrolled in the study . The levels of venous blood CD11b ,CD64 ,and IL‐8 as well as arterial blood PAF ,PAF‐AH were determined . RESULTS The CD11b level of the infection group was (305 .30 ± 140 .29)MFI ,higher than (231 .21 ± 84 .68)MFI of the control group;the CD64 level of the infection group was (23 .10 ± 14 .56)MFI ,higher than (8 .12 ± 3 .05) MFI of the control group;the PAF level of the infection group was (8 .06 ± 5 .33)μg/L ,higher than (4 .27 ± 2 .31)μg/L of the control group;the IL‐8 level of the infection group was (172 .39 ± 31 .85)ng/L ,higher than (40 .21 ± 16 .92)ng/L of the control group;the PAF‐AH level of the infection group was (6 .22 ± 2 .34)μmol/L/min ,lower than (9 .74 ± 2 .13)μmol/L/min of the control group ,and there was significant difference (P〈0 .05) . The levels of CD11b ,CD64 ,PAF ,and IL‐8 of the systemic infection group were higher than those of the local in‐fection group;the PAF‐AH level of the systemic infection group was lower than that of the local infection group , and there was significant difference (P〈 0 .05) .The levels of CD11b ,CD64 ,PAF ,and IL‐8 of the infection group were lower after the treatment for 7 days than before the treatment ;the PAF‐AH level of the infection group was higher after the treatment for 7 days than before the treatment ,and there was significant difference (P〈0 .05) .CONCLUSION The bacterial infection may
