摘 要:目的 分析两种不同病毒CoxA16和EV71引起儿童手足口病的流行病学特征,为手足口病的预防和控制提供理论依据。方法 收集2012年5月-2016年4月236例确诊为手足口病且CoxA16或/和EV71阳性患儿资料,SPSS 13.0软件分析数据。结果 确诊手足口病患儿236例,EV-71单独阳性154例,CoxA16单独阳性61例,两者皆阳性21例。不同性别、春季、夏季和冬季、〈1岁和2-5岁婴幼儿两种病毒构成比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 EV71是不同年龄、不同季节儿童手足口病的主要病原体。OBJECTIVE To explore the epidemiological characteristics of children with hand ,foot ,and mouth dis‐ease caused by two different viruses CoxA16 and EV71 so as to provide theoretical basis for prevention and control of the hand ,foot ,and mouth disease .METHODS From May 2012 to Apr 2016 ,the data were collected from 236 children who were diagnosed with hand ,foot ,and mouth disease and positive for CoxA16 and /or EV71 ,and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS 13 .0 software .RESULTS Of the 236 children with con‐firmed hand ,foot ,and mouth disease ,154 were positive for EV‐71 ,61 wee positive for CoxA16 ,and 21 were positive for both .There were significant differences in the constituent ratios of the two species of viruses between the male and the female ,or among the spring ,summer ,and winter ,or between the infants aged less than 1 year old and the children aged between 2 and 5 years old (P 〈 0 .05) .CONCLUSION The EV71 is the predominant spe‐cies of pathogen causing the hand ,foot ,and mouth disease in the different age groups of children in the different seasons .
