四川省医务人员艾滋病应对能力现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解四川省医务人员艾滋病应对能力现状,分析影响四川省医务人员艾滋病应对能力的相关因素,并提出相应对策,为医务人员职业安全与职业防护提供参考。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,于2015年9月-2016年1月,以四川省艾滋病高流行地区、中流行地区、低流行地区1150名医务人员为调查对象,应用医务人员艾滋病应对能力调查问卷进行调查。结果四川省医务人员得分最低的为职业暴露后预防用药及随访、艾滋病治疗药物、艾滋病实验室诊断指标、艾滋病病毒灭活处理、国家政策及医院规章制度等5方面;医务人员艾滋病应对能力的影响因素主要为:科室、岗位、文化程度、既往是否接受培训、诊疗态度。结论四川省医务人员艾滋病应对能力处于中等水平;医院管理者及院感部门应加强艾滋病应对能力薄弱板块的培训并加强宣传,建立医务人员共同参与的职业防护机制,以全面提高医务人员艾滋病应对能力。OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of health care workers＇response capacity against AIDS in Sichuan province ,analyze the influencing factors for the response capacity against AIDS ,and put forward the cor‐responding countermeasures so as to provide guidance for occupational safety and protection of the health care workers .METHODS By means of multi‐stage sampling ,a total of 1150 health care workers who came from the high ,medium ,and low AIDS epidemic areas of Sichuan province were recruited as the study objects from Sep 2015 to Jan 2016 .The questionnaire survey was conducted for the health care workers＇response capacity against AIDS .RESULTS The five aspects ,including the antibiotics prophylaxis and follow‐up after occupational exposure , drugs for treatment of AIDS ,laboratory indicators for diagnosis of AIDS ,inactivation of HIV ,and national poli‐cies and hospital regulations ,got the lowest score among the health care workers in Sichuan province .The major influencing factors for the health care workers＇response capacity against AIDS included the department ,position , education level ,training ,and attitude toward diagnosis and treatment .CONCLUSION The health care workers＇re‐sponse capacity against AIDS is at the medium level in Sichuan province .It is necessary for the hospital manage‐ment staff and infection control department to strengthen the training of response capacity against AIDS ,intensify the propaganda ,and establish the occupational protection mechanism of joint participation of the health care work‐ers so as to improve the health care workers＇response capacity against AIDS .
