品管圈对降低供应室器械湿包率的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究品管圈(QCC)活动对消毒供应室灭菌物品湿包发生率的影响,改进质量、减少感染、降低消耗、提高效益。方法医院于2015年6-10月在消毒供应室成立品管圈小组,通过品管圈质量管理常用手法和工具统计出2015年1-5月消毒供应室灭菌包湿包数,运用PDCA循环管理方法对湿包的现状进行分析、整改和总结,统计经过品管圈活动后的湿包数;数据采用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果 2015年1月-5月消毒供应室灭菌包湿包数1 652包,经过品管圈活动后的湿包数下降至312包,消毒供应室的器械湿包率由实施品管圈活动前的2.62%降低至0.54%,前后比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=411.009,P<0.01)。结论开展品管圈活动,可推动医院消毒供应室质量的持续改进,降低灭菌物品湿包率的发生,减少医院感染的发生,提高工作质量。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of （QCC） on wet bag rate of medical instrument packages in steriliza‐tion and supply room so as to improve the quality ,reduce the incidence of infection ,reduce consumption ,and im‐prove the efficiency .METHODS The QCC group was established in the sterilization and supply room from Jun 2015 to Oct 2015 ,then the number of wet sterilization packages were taken for statistics by using common measures of QCC management and tools from Jan 2015 to May 2015 ,the current status of the wet bags was analyzed ,recti‐fied ,and summarized by means of PDCA cycle management method ,the number of wet bags was taken for statis‐tics after the QCC activity was carried out ,and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS19 .0 software .RESULTS There were totally 1 652 wet bags of medical instrument packages in the steriliza‐tion and supply room from Jan 2015 to May 2015 ,and there were 312 bags after the QCC activity was implemen‐ted ;the wet bag rate of the medical instrument packages in the sterilization and supply room declined from 2 .62%before the QCC activity was carried out to 0 .54% ,and there was significant difference （χ2 =411 .009 ,P〈0 .01） . CONCLUSION The QCC activity may facilitate the continuous improvement of quality of the sterilization and sup‐ply room ,reduce the wet bag rate of the sterilization supplies and the incidence of nosocomial infection ,and im‐prove the work quality .
