摘　　要：目的探讨消毒供应中心对口腔诊疗器械采用追溯系统集中管理,并对实施后的效果进行评价。方法选取2013年-2014年口腔科需要清洗消毒灭菌的诊疗器械共计36 000件器械,其中2013年17 800件,2014年18200件。2013年1月-12月作为基线期,2014年1月-12月作为干预期,基线期器械大部分由口腔科工作人员自行手工清洗,部分回收至消毒供应中心,运用集中纸塑包装灭菌;干预组器械均回收到消毒供应中心,采用单个纸塑包装灭菌,且用追溯系统进行质量管理。结果消毒供应中心对口腔诊疗器械采用追溯系统集中管理后,提高器械的清洗、包装、灭菌质量,包装合格率由92.5%提升到100.0%,灭菌合格率由90.6%提升至100.0%,降低了ATP监测阳性率和器械的损耗率,分别由原来70.7%和12.2%降低到现在3.5%和1.9%,四个关键问题比较均为P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对口腔诊疗器械采用追溯系统集中管理具有非常积极的临床意义。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of traceability system on centralized management of dental instruments in central sterile supply department .METHODS A total of 36 000 dental instruments that needed to be cleaned and disinfected in department of stomatology from 2013 to 2014 were recruited as the study objects ,including 17 800 pieces in 2013 and 18 200 pieces in 2014 .The baseline period was set from Jan 2013 to Dec 2013 ,and the inter‐vention period was set from Jan 2014 to Dec 2014 .During the baseline period ,most of the instruments were steri‐lized manually by stomatology department staff ,the rest were recycled and sterilized in CSSD by using paper‐plas‐tic package .During the intervention period ,the all of the instruments were sent back to CSSD and sterilized in sin‐gle paper‐plastic package ,and the traceability system was used for quality management .RESULTS After the dental instruments were treated with the traceability system in the CSSD ,the cleaning ,packaging ,and sterilization quali‐ty of the instruments were improved ,the qualified rate of packaging was increased from 92 .5% to 100 .0% ,the qualified rate of sterilization was increased from 90 .6% to 100 .0% ;the positive rate of ATP surveillance dropped from 70 .7% to 3 .5% ,and the attrition rate of the instruments was decreased from 12 .2% to 1 .9% ;as compared with the four major problems ,there was significant difference （P〈0 .05） .CONCLUSION The traceability system has every positive clinical significance in the centralized management of dental instruments .
