摘　　要：钢制压力容器是一种较特殊的设备,其制造过程中的焊接质量控制尤为关键.焊接材料、焊接方法等的选择正确与否将直接影响压力容器的质量.压力容器的焊接质量控制不仅对压力容器制造商有着十分重要的实际意义,对更好地控制其它装备的焊接质量也具有一定的指导意义.论文将焊接质量控制的重点放在焊前和焊中的两个环节,以期将焊接缺陷控制在萌芽中.Steel pressure vessel is a kind of special equipment. Its welding quality control is the particularly key for its process of manufacture. Whether we choose the correct welding material or welding methods will immediately impact the quality of pressure vessel. There is not only a practical significance for the manufacturer of pressure vessel but also a certain guiding significance for controlling welding quality of other equipment better. This paper focuses on the pre-weld and welding, in order to solve the problem at the beginning.
