摘　　要：海底油气管道经常因为管壁腐蚀等原因形成减薄、穿孔泄漏,海管钢制卡具作为海管湿式维修的重要手段,频繁在海管维修项目中被采用.然而受限于钢制卡具本身的特点,其安装的精度和效率尚存在提升空间.本文主要介绍了一种海管卡具安装的辅助支架的设计和应用,该装置大幅提升了安装的精度和效率,同时有效避免了卡具密封条失效等问题的出现.There could be thinning or leakage of subsea pipeline due to corrosion. Mechanical steel pipeline clamps are widely used for repairing subsea pipeline, and there is room for improvement in accuracy and efficiency. A newly designed device for installation of subsea pipeline clamp and its application is introduced, which improves accuracy and efficiency significantly, as well as the function disability of the rubber seal is avoided.
