摘  要:曹妃甸油田位于渤海湾西部,该油田1条原油海管由于存在变径无法正常清管通球.为清除海管内存留的水、杂质及附着物,保证海管外输畅通以及减小管道内腐蚀,提高海管的输送效率,落实海管完整性管理要求,需研究适用该海管的变径清管器.通过调研海管基础资料结合历史运行数据分析,设计出具有针对性的变径清管器.并在试验场地1:1还原海底管道变径段模型,开展现场模拟试验.试验结果表明该变径清管器能够适应管道变径,并兼顾支撑与密封能力,模拟清管效果良好.此外变径清管器成功实现反推,为海管遇堵提供了可靠的解决方案.The CFD oilfield is located in the Western Bohai Bay, China. A crude pipeline with two different diameters in the field is hard to be cleaned. For removing water impurities and attachments,reducing corrosion risk,improving transmission efficiency and carrying out management, the method of multi-diameter pigging is needed to be studied. Equipment for multi-diameter pigging is designed, and a pipeline model with variable diameters is built,for which on-site experiment is carried out. Experimental results show that the equipment is adapted to different pipeline diameters,and the pigging effect is good. In addition,this equipment is successful in running in the opposite direction, providing a solution to plug in the pipeline.
