摘　　要：论文介绍了动力定位（DP）模式下开展的潜水作业在我国的发展现状、DP潜水应遵循的规范要求,开展DP潜水作业应考虑的因素、DP潜水作业的安全及风险管理,并通过一则深圳市杉叶实业有限公司实施的DP潜水良好作业实践工程案例,详细阐述了完全对照并满足DP潜水作业相关规范对潜水作业现场安全管理所采取的具体措施;其中,尤其是现场针对性的DP潜水硬件设施配置的经验,可供国内潜水同行分享.This article introduces China5s development of diving operations from a vessel operated in the dynamically positioned mode. Regulations and requirements for DP diving operation, important factors in performing DP diving operations, risks and safety management of DP diving operations are discussed. Through a case practiced by Shanye Marine Service Company and in accordance with DP diving regulations and requirements, measures and hardware configuration taken in DP are described in detail, while experiences in the management of diving safety can be shared.
