摘  要:特种纤维过滤材料已广泛应用于国民经济的诸多产业,特别是石油化工、医学、环保和国防等领域。这些材料呈现出多元化的发展趋势,最常用的是高性能纤维非织造布、中空纤维膜分离材料、活性炭纤维、离子交换纤维、金属螯合纤维等,最近的创新发展方向是多功能化、纳米化以及材质的多样化。与此同时,传统过滤、分离用纤维材料本身的技术进步,也促进了滤料产品生产过程的高效化和低成本化,从而扩大了其应用领域。本文分类介绍了国内外主要特种纤维过滤、分离材料品种的最新技术进展。Specialty fiber-based filter materials have been widely used in many sectors of the national economy, especially in the petrochemical, medical, environmental protection and national defense sectors. These materials are increasingly diversified, with the most commonly used including high-performance fiber nonwoven fabrics, hollow fiber membrane separation materials, activated carbon fiber, ion exchange fiber, metal chelating fiber, etc. Most recently these materials are developing towards functional, nanometer-level and using diversified raw materials. Meanwhile, the technological progress made in traditional filtration and separation fiber materials has also enabled high-efficiency and low-cost production of filter materials and consequently extended their application fields. The paper introduces the latest technological development of main specialty fiber-based filter and separation materials both at home and abroad.
