摘  要:以香露兜的地上茎作为外植体,通过比较不定芽诱导分化、增殖、生根及移栽试验,筛选出组培和植株再生方法。结果表明,培养基MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,有利于香露兜芽诱导,诱导率为100%;MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+活性炭0.5 g/L,为香露兜丛生芽增殖的最佳培养基,增殖系数达5.67;MS基本培养基添加NAA 0.5 mg/L,适宜诱导生根获得再生植株;生根苗移栽于河沙+园土+椰糠(V_1∶V_1∶V_1)组合,成活率达93.33%。Taking the stems of Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb as explants, the experiments of adventitious bud induced differentiation, propagation, rooting and transplanting were carried out in order to screen out the methods for tissue culture and plantlet regeneration. The results showed that the best initiation medium for bud differentiation was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L, and the induction rate achieved 100%. The best subculture medium for bud differentiation was MS + 6-BA 3.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L + 0.5 g/L activated carbon, and the multiplication rate was 5.67. MS + NAA 0.5 mg/L was the best rooting medium. The survival rate of rooted plantlet transplanted to the substrate combined with sand+ surface soil + cocopeat (V1 : V1 : V1) achieved 93.33%.
