摘  要:为了明确苯醚甲环唑与2-巯基苯并噻唑锰锌混配对苹果斑点落叶病菌的联合毒力,采用菌丝生长速率法测定苯醚甲环唑、2-巯基苯并噻唑锰锌及其不同配比对苹果斑点落叶病菌的毒力,以Waldy公式进行评价,并通过田间试验验证其对苹果斑点落叶病的防治效果。室内试验结果表明,苯醚甲环唑与2-巯基苯并噻唑锰锌按质量比以1∶50进行复配时,增效作用最明显,增效系数为3.29。田间药效结果表明,10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂和80%苯噻锰锌可湿性粉剂以有效成分1∶50进行混配后,600倍稀释防效最高为91.06%,显著高于10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂600倍稀释和80%苯噻锰锌700倍稀释的防效。In order to clarify the synergistic interaction of difenoconazole and 2 - mercaptobenzothiazole manganese zinc against Alternaria mall Robert, the toxicity of difenoconazole, 2 - mercaptobenzothiazole manganese zinc and their mixtures at different ratios against Alternaria mall Robert was determined by mycelial growth rate test. The joint toxicity of the two fungicides was assessed with Wadley formula, and the efficacy was verified by field trials. The results showed that the synergistic effects of the 1:50 mixture was the most obvious with synergistic ratio of 3.29. The field trials demonstrated that the 600 times mixture diluent of Difenoconazole with 2 - mercaptobenzothiazole manganese zinc (1:50, w/w) exhibited the best control effect with efficacy of 91.06%, which was significantly higher than those of 10% difenoconazole WG diluted 600 times and 80% 2-mercaptobenzothiazole manganese zinc WP diluted 700 times.
