摘 要:基于转子动力学及谐响应理论,建立了高速转子的有限元分析模型,研究了旋转质量本体辐板倾斜角、轴承预紧力、轴承安装跨距对高速转子1阶临界转速及轴向振动响应的影响。结果表明:转子1阶临界转速随轴承预紧力的增加而增大,随轴承安装跨距的增加而减小,随旋转质量本体辐板倾斜角的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势;高速转子的放大因子随辐板倾斜角和轴承预紧力的增加而增大;轮缘的轴向振动位移响应随轴承预紧力的增加而减小,随辐板倾斜角的增加呈先减小后增大的趋势;轴承安装跨距对高速转子的放大因子和轮缘的轴向振动位移响应的影响较小。Finite element analysis model of high - speed rotor is built based on rotor dynamic and response theory. Effect of plate angle, bearing preload and span on first order critical speed and axial vibration response of high - speed rotor were analyzed. The results show that the first order critical speed of the rotor inereases with increasing bearing pre- load and decreasing bearing span, and with the increase of plate angle, the first order critical speed decreases at first and then increases. The amplification factor increases with the increase of plate angle and bearing preload. The axial vibration displacement response decreases with the increase of bearing preload. With the increase of plate angle, axial vibration displacement response decreases at first and then increases. The amplification factor and the axial vibration displacement response barely change over bearing span.
