摘　　要：通过理论计算和分析高速密封角接触球轴承的内部空间状态,将轴承密封空间分为动空间和静空间2部分,并以高速密封角接触球轴承7005C/HQ1P4为对象,在不同填脂量下对轴承进行跑合试验。结果表明,高速密封角接触球轴承填脂量与轴承内部空间状态有重要的关系,应根据轴承静空间比例进行选择合适的填脂量。Through theoretical calculation and analysis of the internal space of the sealing angular contact ball bearings, divide the space into two parts ： dynamic space and static space. Taking the high speed sealing angular contact ball bearing 7005C/HQ1P4 as the experimental object, in different grease filling quantity, bearing running -in tests are done. The results show that high speed sealing angular contact ball bearing grease filling quantity have important relations with the state of bearing internal space, and appropriate grease filling quantity shall be selected according to the proportion of bearing static space.
