氧化淀粉在自透烟用接装纸原纸表面施胶中的应用

摘　　要：用氧化淀粉替代原聚乙烯醇进行自透烟用接装纸原纸的表面施胶。进行了表面施胶实验室小试、生产中试,并确定生产方案。结果表明:自透烟用接装纸原纸的透气度中心值最高上限提到1003CU,吨纸节约生产成本97元。The substitution of PVA with oxidized starch was applied in sizing press of high porous cigarette tipping base paper. The production plan was decided through size test in lab and trial test. The result shows that the mean value of the air permeability is reached to 1003 CU, the cost is saved by 97 yuan.
