国产高浓漂白塔的开发与应用

摘　　要：汶瑞机械(山东)有限公司借鉴化机浆漂白工段已成熟运行的工艺技术和生产经验,结合消化吸收国外运行的高浓漂白塔的先进技术,总结多种结构形式漂白塔的现场应用经验,以关键部件的研究、开发为重点,攻克了双点驱动齿轮回转传动、唇形密封形式、底部稀释中间卸料等关键技术,自主研发了GPT型高浓漂白塔。该高浓漂白塔在国内某厂投入运行后,大幅度降低了化学药品用量,保证了成浆白度的稳定性,为客户节省了运行成本。本文介绍GPT型高浓漂白塔设备特点、工作原理、结构、应用及运行工艺参数等。Utilizing mature process technology and production experience in bleaching stage of chemimechanical pulping, digesting and absorbing advanced technology of HC bleaching tower running in other countries, summing up on-site operation experience of several structures of bleaching tower, focusing on research and development of key parts, Wenrui Machinery （Shandong） Co., Ltd. has solved the difficulties in dual point rotary gear drive, lip seal type and bottom dilution central section discharge, and developed GPT type HC bleaching tower. After its star-up in a given mill in China, chemical consumption was reduced substantially, final pulp brightness keeps stably, operation cost decreased. In this thesis was mainly introduced the equipment features, working principle, application and operating parameters of GPT type HC bleaching tower.
