摘　　要：为了应对信息技术革命和经济全球化挑战,发达国家高度重视科技创新能力的提升,重视应用型创新人才的培养,在长期的实践中形成了各具特色的人才培养模式,为我国高等院校应用型人才培养模式的构建提供了有益参考。Various talent cultivation modes with distinctive features have been developed in developed countries due to their efforts to scientific innovation and the cultivation of application- oriented innovative talents as a result of the IT revolution and economic globalization. These practices have provided useful references for the establishment of similar talent cultivation modes in the universities in China.
