摘　　要：本文在总结国内外公路绿色低碳发展的理论和实践的基础上,按公路在社会经济体系的价值和自然界生态位属性,分析了经济发展转型、生态保护形势严峻等背景下生态高速公路建设的切实需求,提出了新时期建设生态公路的设想,阐明了建设生态公路理应是未来公路发展的必然选择。进一步而结合我国高速公路建设的实践提出了基于生态学基础理论的生态高速公路概念与基本要素及相关建议。This paper summarized the theory and practice of ecological Highway construction. According to the highway in the social economic and nature niche attributes system, analyzes the practical needs of ecological highway construction,and illustrates the construction of ecological highway should is an inevitable choice for the future development of the road.On the basis of the practice of highway construction in China, put forward the concept and basic elements of ecological highway and relevant suggestions based on the basic theory of ecology.
