摘　　要：随着中国城镇化的快速发展，新型农村社区的建设正在如火如荼地进行。文章主要基于乡村表象的人气稀少、商业活动萧条、社会关系变化等方面对“空心村”问题进行探讨，以社区生活的公共外部空间系统设计为重点，并改善乡村环卫、景观、公共空间系统，使得外部空间能够与村民生活相适应、发挥最大效益。文章旨在探求新型农村社区规划建设的合理途径，为其他城市新型农村社区建设和管理提供理论依据、实践经验，为有关部门制定相关政策提供依据，对建设新型农村社区具有一定的理论与现实意义。With the rapid development of China＇s urbanization, the construction of new rural community is accelerating. This paper discusses the problem of hollow village based on the decrease in population, business depression, the change of the social relation. Focusing on the design of the public space system of community life, this paper studies how to improve rural sanita- tion, landscape, public space system, that it can adapt to the life of the villagers, to maximize efficiency. This paper aims to explore the reasonable way of new rural community planning and construction, to provide theoretical basis and practical expe- rience for the construction and management of new rural community in other cities, and to offer a basis for the relevant departments to formulate policiea This paper has a certain theoretical and practical significance for the construction of new rural communities.
