新农村村域规划编制及思考——以南京市浦口区星甸街道汤集社区为例

摘　　要：本文针对现阶段乡村规划尤其是村域规划所存在的不足及问题，提出了村域规划编制的因地制宜、尊重民意、经济性和文脉传承四个原则，对村域规划内容进行思考，主要涉及村庄体系规划内容重构、产业研究的加强、居民点发展引导、设施配套安排等。文章以南京市星甸镇汤集社区为例进行实证研究。The paper proposes four village planning principles based on analyzing the current problems associated with village planning practices. These principles empha- size on local specialties, public opinions, e- conomic benefits and cultural heritage. The contents of planning include reconstruction of the village system, the stren_gthening of industrial research, the guides of residential development and the arrangement of radii- ties. Then the village planning of Tangji community of NanJing Pukou district is dis- cussed as an example.
