摘　　要：本文设计并实现了一款可在多个不同平台下设置多部雷达的雷达模拟器。文中介绍了如何模拟雷达的实际跟踪过程,解决了多雷达的资源使用问题,并针对岸基雷达工作的海面环境和目标特点,在雷达模拟器中设置了检测概率计算及海杂波模型。该雷达模拟器能够更加真实准确地模拟实际战场环境,为雷达系统的研究、生产和使用提供必要的学习、调试手段。This article designs and fulfills a new radar simulator, in which users can set several radars on different platforms. In this article, simulation of real work progress of radar is introduced, and distribution of cpu resource as well. Besides, sea clutter model, i.e. Rayleigh distribution, is used to describe different sea conditions. The Radar simulator can provide more realistic radar working circumstances for the research and produce of radar system.
