摘　　要：地方本科院校主要培养为地方经济服务的应用型高技能人才,本文通过过程装备与控制工程专业教学模式的改革和转变,从人才培养模式、课程改革、考核方式改革及师资队伍建设四个方面对改革应用型人才培养模式进行了有益的探索,促进了本专业教学模式的良性转变。The main task of local higher education institution is to train high-skilled talent who can give service tolocal economy. Based on the reform and trans ormationon of teaching mode in Process Equipment and ControlEngineering speciality,salutary explorations on the reform of applied talents training mode are conducted from fouraspects including personnel training mode,curriculum reform,the reform of examination way and the construction ofteachers team, which facilitate benign transformation of teaching mode.
