摘　　要：本文通过对新疆农业大学2015届研究生就业质量现状的调查研究,重点分析边疆地区农科类专业研究生就业特点和难点,就如何加强提高和改进研究生高质量就业提出建议。Through the investigation and study on work status of the postgraduates from Xinjiang AgriculturalUniversity in 2015,this thesis emphasizes to analyse the characteristics and difficulties of the employment of postgraduatesfrom border areas who major in agricultural sciences,and then gives recommendations on how to solve the problems andmake efforts in a positive way.
