摘　　要：面对越来越多的留学生,如何确保高校留学生管理质量,提升高校留学生管理水平,成为摆在各高校留学生管理者面前的难题。本文从文化差异的背景入手,分析由于文化不同所导致的高校留学生管理中存在的矛盾和问题,在此基础上,通过分析归纳,提出有效推进高校留学生管理的对策和建议,为我国高校更好地开展留学生管理工作提供一些理论参考。In the face of a growing number of foreign students,how to ensure the quality of university students management,enhance the level of university students management,has become a difficult problem in front of each col- lege students management. This paper starts from the background of cultural differences,owing to different cultures in the analysis of contradictions and problems existing in university students management,and on this basis,through the analysis of induction, effectively promoting the university students management countermeasures and the suggestion are put forward,tO provide some theoretical reference for better students management work in colleges and universities.
