摘　　要：本文根据实际工作中积累的经验,探讨了做好地方高校班级管理与建设工作的几点建议:(1)加强新生入学工作,引导新生尽快适应大学生活;(2)严格、科学地管理,营造良好的学风和班风;(3)关注重点学生,抓两头带中间,树典型,促后进。Based on the experience accumulated in practical work,to talk about some suggestions for good classroom management and construction Of local colleges and universities that（l） we should strengthen the work of new students,to guide freshmen adjust to college life as soon as possible.（2） we should ensure strict,scientific management,to create a good study,and class atmosphere. （3） we should focus＇on the special students,grasp both ends to driven the middle,create a model to promote backward.
