摘　　要：本文着重探讨藏族舞蹈的审美特征,探讨了藏族人民的美学理想,研究了藏族类传统舞蹈的神韵、姿态、动作、节奏。藏族人非常重视与本土的审美意识相结合,并吸收外来的文化。随着社会的进步,藏族舞蹈在人们的生活中占有重要的地位,它吸收印度佛教文化,同时以民族审美的需要和创新精神创造了符合民族审美特征的舞蹈理论,使舞蹈艺术更好的在人们生产生活中发挥作用。This paper focuses on the aesthetic characteristics of Tibetan dance,probes into the aesthetic ideal of the Tibetan people,the body charm of Tibetan traditional dance classes,gesture,action research,books. Tibetans tookthe combination of local aesthetic consciousness seriously,and absorbed the foreign culture. With the progress of society,Ti- betan dance occupies an important position in people＇s life. It absorbed the Indian buddhist culture,and created the dance theory of national aesthetic characteristics with the needs of the national aesthetic and innovation spirit. The dance theo- ry made dance art play a better role in people＇s production and living.
