基于智慧旅游的泰安市旅游人才培养研究

摘　　要：为了顺应智慧旅游的发展形势和"互联网+旅游"的要求,泰安市积极开展了智慧旅游建设,推进旅游业转型升级。但泰安市智慧旅游人才培养工作仍处于起步阶段,在一定程度上制约了智慧旅游的发展。本文在阐述智慧旅游概念及内容的基础上,分析泰安市智慧旅游发展的现状,并提出了智慧旅游人才培养策略。In order to comply with the development situation ofinteUigent tourism and the request of ＂＇intemet plus travel＂,Tai＇an City has actively carried out the construction of intelligent tourism to promote the transformation and up- grading of tourism industry. But thedevelopment of intelligent tourism is restricted to some extent because the cultivation ofinteUigent tourism talents in Tai＇an City is still in its infancy. On the basis of elaborating the concept and content of intelligent tourism,the present development situation of intelligent tourism in Tai＇an City is analyzed,and the strategies of cultivating intelligent tourism talents are put forward.
