摘　　要：目的建立香芪生乳合剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法（TLC）对香芪生乳合剂中主要药味进行薄层色谱定性鉴别，采用高效液相色谱法（HPLc）测定制剂中芍药苷的含量。结果TLC可对制剂中当归、川芎、白芍、木香、黄芪等药材进行鉴别，斑点清晰，方法简单易行，专属性好。HPLC检测结果显示，芍药苷最佳检测波长为231nm，21．1—421．5μg／ml范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为98．6％。RSD为1．7％。结论该研究方法简单、准确、重复性好、专属性强，可用于香芪生乳合剂的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard of Xiangqi Shengru Mixture.Methods Identification of main herbal medicines in Xiangqi Shengru Mixture were performed by TLC.The main effective component of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC.Results Identification of Angelieae Sinensis Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Aucklandiae Radix and Astragali Radix and so on was established by TLC.The method was simple,the spots were clear with highly specific attribute.HPLC detection results showed that the best detection wavelength was 231 nm,the linear range of the paeoniflorin was 21.1-421.5μg/ml,the range of the spotting recovery rate was 98.6%,and RSD was 1.7%. Conclusion The method can he used for the quality control of Xiangqi Shengru Mixture,and it is simple,accurate with good repeatability and specificity.
