高血压患者血清肝细胞生长因子的表达及与血管内皮功能的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压患者血清肝细胞生长因子的表达及与血管内皮功能的关系。方法选择2013年10月-2014年12月我院收治的高血压患者60例，按高血压分级标准分为A组（1级高血压21例）、B组（2级高血压27例）及c组（3级高血压12例），另选取30例同期体检的健康体检者作为对照组，比较A、B、c3组患者与对照组基线指标及血清肝细胞生长因子（HGF）、血浆内皮素（ET）及血浆一氧化氮（NO）水平，同时分析HGF水平与ET及NO的相关性。结果各组受试者在性别、年龄、BMI、FBG、TG等方面比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。高血压组患者血清HGF、ET及NO水平与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；HGF及ET随血压的增高而增高，NO随血压的增高而下降，C组各指标与A组及B组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；A组与B组患者HGF及NO比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。采用Spearman相关性分析结果显示．HGF与ET呈显著正相关性（r=0．69，P〈0．05），HGF与NO呈显著负相关性（r=0．60，P〈0．05）。结论高血压患者血液中HGF的水平与血压水平及机体血管内皮功能受损程度具有显著相关性，可作为反映高血压患者内皮功能受损程度的一个新指标。Objective To investigate the expression of serum hepatocyte growth factor in patients with hypertension and its relationship with the vascular endothelial function. Methods 60 patients of hypertensive in our hospital from October 2013 to December 2014 were selected.They were divided into A group（n=21）,B group（n=27） and C group（n=12） according to the level of blood pressure grade,and selected 30 cases of healthy people for physical examinees as the control group,baseline index and serum liver cell growth factor （HGF）,plasma endothelin （ET） and plasma nitric oxide （NO） level of the three groups of patients were compared,and the correlation between HGF and ET and NO were analyzed. Results There were no statistical significant differences on subjects of gender,age,BMI,FBG,TG etc of the groups （P〉 0.05）.There were significant differences on serum HCF,ET and NO levels between hypertensive patients groups and the control group（P〈0.05）;HCF and ET increased with the increase of blood pressure,NO decreased with blood pressure in- creased,all indexes of C group had significant difference with A group and B group;HGF and NO of A group had statis- tical significant differences with B group （P〈0.05）.Spearman correlation analysis showed that the HGF had significant positive correlation with ET （r=0.69,P〈0.05）,and there was significant negative correlation between HGF and NO （r= 0.60,P〈0.05）.Conelusion There is a significant correlation between the degree of HGF and blood pressure level and body impaired endothelial function levels in patients with hypertension,which can be used as a new index reflects the degree of impaired endothelial function in essential hypertension patients.
