交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨中下段开放性骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨胫骨中下段开放性骨折闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定的手术方法、安全性和临床疗效。方法:选取2010年1月-2014年1月笔者所在医院116例胫骨中下段开放性骨折的患者,采用闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定手术进行治疗,术后指导早期功能锻炼、定期复查,随访。结果:所有病例均得到随访,无1例感染,骨折均愈合良好,功能恢复满意。结论:交锁髓内钉内固定是治疗胫骨中下段开放性骨折较理想的手术方法。Objective：To explore the surgical methods, safety and clinical efficacy of intramedullary nail internal in treatment of the middle and lower segment open fractures of tibia.Method：From January 2010 to January 2014,116 patients with the middle and lower segment open fractures of tibia were included in the study,and treated by intramedullary nail internal fixation.Postoperative early functional exercise,regular review and follow-up were strictly performed.Result：All cases were followed up,no case of infection,fractures were healed well,function recovered satisfactorily.Conclusion：Intramedullary nail internal fixation is the ideal surgical treatment to the middle and lower segment open fractures of tibia.
