糖耐量低减患者社区强化管理及护理干预的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:剖析社区强化管理及护理干预在糖耐量低减患者中的应用价值。方法:抽取2015年1月-2016年2月笔者所在社区中的糖耐量低减病患共计140例。按数字抽签原理,将所选病例分成A、B两组,每组70例。A组予以社区强化管理及护理干预措施,B组予以常规干预措施。观察两组血糖、糖化血红蛋白控制情况,比较总胆固醇等治疗指标。结果:A组病情归转情况明显优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组血糖控制良好率为58.57%,B组为35.71%。A组明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组血糖各项指标与总胆固醇水平明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于糖耐量低减病患中合理引入社区强化管理及护理干预法,可增强血糖控制效果,促进病情归转。Objective：To analyze the application value of community intensive management and nursing intervention in patients with impaired glucose tolerance.Method：A total of 140 patients with impaired glucose tolerance in the author＇s community from January 2015 to February 2016 were selected. According to the principle of digital drawing,the selected cases were divided into A, B two groups, each group of 70 cases. A group was given strengthen community management and nursing intervention measures,B group was given conventional intervention measures.The blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin control situation,the total cholesterol and other therapeutic indicators of two groups were compared.Result： Disease outcome of A group was better than that of B group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The control rate of blood glucose in A group was 58.57%,and the B group was 35.71%.A group was significantly higher than that of B group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The indicators of blood glucose and total cholesterol levels of A group were significantly lower than those of B group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Introducing the community strengthen management and nursing intervention rationally to patients with impaired glucose tolerance,can enhance the effect of blood glucose control, Promote disease outcomes.
