摘　　要：在项目管理活动中运用专门的知识、技能、工具和方法,使项目能够在有限资源限定条件下,实现或超过设定的需求和期望,是项目管理者的基本需求。研究了地方经济运行项目管理的需求和过程,利用IBM Cognos平台设计了项目管理信息系统,提高了管理效率和效能。By employing special knowledge,skill,instrument and methods in project management,the project can achieve or overpass the given requirement and expectation in the limited circumstance,which is the basic requirement for the project manager. The requirement and process of local economy project management is studied and project management information system based on IBM Cognos is designed to improve the management effectiveness.
