摘  要:从九个维度上对高校公共体育教师的职业认同感进行的调查研究,了解公共体育教师这个人群目前对自己职业的态度和认识,以及相关的感受。结果表明:多数公共体育教师比较满意目前的工作,但是也有一部分人产生了职业倦怠,就学校环境和社会因素等层面上来讲,公共体育教师职业认同感并不是很高。This article is the investigation of Public physical education teachers' professional identity which from the nine dimensions. The aim is to understand the attitude and understanding of their profession, as well as relevant experience. The results showed that the majority of the public physical education teachers are satisfied to their current job. But some people have job burnout. In terms of The school environment and social factors, the public PE teachers' professional identity is not high.
