摘  要:哈锅引进型300MW等级循环流化床锅炉采用带有外置式换热器的布置形式,锅炉运行时,炉内和外置式换热器内存在大量的高温循环物料,一旦发生给水泵突然事故、全厂停电、汽轮机跳闸等情况,如无紧急补给水措施,外置式换热器内与高温循环物料接触的受热面将不能有效被冷却,管子壁温会急剧上升,为防止受热面管子烧坏爆管,设置紧急补给水系统。哈锅自主开发型的300MW等级流化床锅炉为不带外置式换气的布置形式,不再设置紧急补给水系统。本文主要从引进型和自主开发型锅炉结构设计上进行分析,流化床锅炉设计时是否需要设置紧急补给水系统。HBC adopts fluidized bed heat exchanger in the introduced technology 300MW CFB boil- er, when boiler is running, there are a lot of recycle bed materials in the furnace and fluidized bed heat exchanger, if the feed water pump was in failure, the entire factory power was break down, the turbine was in trip, and if there is no emergency feedwater system, the heat surface in the fluidized bed heat exchanger won' t be cooled, the metal temperature of the tubes will arise rapidly, to prevent the tubes burnout, the emergency feedwater system was applied in the introduced technology 300MW CFB boiler. There is no fluidized bed heat exchanger in HBC self-development 300MW CFB boil- er. So the emergency feedwater system was not necessary. This paper analysis whether or not the e- mergency feedwater system is necessary in the introduced technology and self - development CFB boiler.
