摘 要:以隧道窑烧嘴为研究对象对不同空燃比和不同截面比进行了数值模拟,通过简化模型,采用非结构化网格划分,利用Fluent14.5软件模拟了三维烧嘴温度场及流场分布。讨论了同一截面采用多组空燃比和多组截面采用同一空燃比对温度分布的影响,分析了空燃比和截面比变化时,烧嘴温度变化规律及计算出口截面温度和速度,可以为不同燃烧工况确定空燃比提供理论依据。In tunnel kiln burner as the research object with different air-fuel ratio and different cross section is simulated,by simplifying the model,using unstructured meshing,using Fluent 14.5 software to simulate the three-dimensional burner temperature field and flow field distribution.Discussed the same cross section by using multiple sets of air-fuel ratio and multiple sets of cross section with burning ratio on the temperature distribution,analyzes the air-fuel ratio and cross section ratio change,burner temperature change rule and calculate the exit temperature and speed,can provide different combustion condition to determine the air-fuel ratio with theoretical basis.
