摘　　要：为明确电能替代标准体系发展的方向和重点,更好地指导地电能替代的标准化工作。在充分调研国内外相关标准的基础上,分别从通用部分、专用部分两个方面对电能替代方面标准进行归纳和研究。结合国家电网公司全球能源互联网战略,提出国家电网公司电能替代标准体系的构建原则、标准体系架构,简单介绍已经编制的电能替代的标准,并列出急需编制的关键标准及其紧急程度。In order to make clear the development direction and developing focus of the standard system for electrical energy alternative,and to better guide the standardization of electrical energy alternative,on the basis of the full investigation on relative domestic and international standards,standards of electrical energy alternative are summarized and researched from the two aspects of the universal part and special part.Combining with the global energy interconnection strategy of SGCC,standard system construction principle and standard system architecture of electrical energy alternative of SGCC are proposed.And the already compiled standard of electrical energy alternative is briefly introduced,the key standard that needs urgent establishment and its urgency degree are also listed.
