可升降带光源会阴擦洗护理架应用效果的观察与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨可升降带光源会阴擦洗护理架在临床护理工作中的应用效果。方法将2016年1～5月于本院就诊的300例足月阴道分娩会阴有伤口产妇和剖宫产术后患者随机分为试验组150例和对照组150例。试验组患者使用可升降带光源会阴擦洗护理架进行会阴擦洗，对照组患者采用传统方法，即患者在病床上取仰卧位，双腿屈膝外展，护理人员在常光下进行会阴擦洗。比较两组患者的依从性、会阴清洁度及满意度。结果试验组患者的依从率为98.67%，会阴清洁率为100%，患者满意率为99.33%。对照组患者的依从率为89.33%，会阴清洁率为84.67%，患者满意率为88.67%。试验组与对照组经比较差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论可升降带光源会阴擦洗护理架的使用可提高会阴擦洗患者的依从性、会阴清洁度及满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of a lifted and lighted perineum scrubbing nursing rack in clinical nursing work.Method 300 cases of full-term vaginal delivery perineum wound patients and postoperative patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 150 cases in the experimental group and 150 cases in the control group. The experimental group of patients used the lifted and lighted perineum scrubbing nursing rack to carry out perineum scrub. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional methods, patients in the supine position on the bed,with her legs bent abduction, nursing staff carry out perineum scrub in the regular light. Compliance, perineum cleanliness,and satisfaction degree of two groups of patients were compared.Result The compliance rate of the experimental group was 98.67%, the perineum cleaning rate was 100%, and the patient satisfaction rate was 99.33%. The compliance rate of control group was 89.33%, the perineum cleaning rate was 84.67%, and the satisfaction rate was 88.67%.There was significant difference between experimental group and control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of the lifted and lighted perineum scrubbing nursing rack can improve the compliance and perineum cleanliness and the satisfaction degree of the patients with perineum scrubbing.
