北京市某医科大学学生艾滋病基本知识与更新知识的知晓率比较

摘　　要：目的了解北京市某医科大学学生艾滋病基本知识知晓情况,为开展大学生艾滋病相关预防与宣传教育提供依据。方法采用现行"大众艾滋病基本知识知晓率"8道题目和经专家讨论更新后8道核心信息题目,问卷利用"问卷星"设计,通过微信发放问卷,动员学生参加调查。结果 854名学生有效应答。该校学生大众艾滋病基本知识知晓率达到94.1%,更新的核心知识知晓率达到89.1%;但对于蚊虫叮咬(66.6%)、青年学生主要传播方式(71.2%)等问题的知晓率有待提高。男生知晓程度高于女生,且知晓率随学历升高而升高。Logistics回归分析显示,性别、年级为基本知识知晓率的独立影响因素。结论该校学生对艾滋病知识的掌握基本达标。但对于个别问题,如蚊虫叮咬、新型毒品等知识的掌握有待提高,需进一步加强宣传教育。Objective To understand AIDS related knowledge among college students so as to provide evidence for curriculum design of targeted health education. Methods With the current UNGASS based 8 items and updated 8 items of the AIDS knowledge assessment scale,a survey was conducted among the college students in one medical university during the last 2 weeks of December, 2015. The questionnaire developed by ＂sojump＂ was disseminated via WeChat for students to access freely to the online specialized questionnaire. Results We received 854 eligible questionnaires. The overall awareness rate was 94. t % per UNGASS based 8 items and 89.1 % per updated 8 items. Regarding the items of ＂HIV transmission via mosquito biting and main transmission route among youth＂, the awareness were comparatively very low by 66.5 % and 71.2% respectively. Male students had a better awareness than the female. Knowledge awareness increased with higher education attainment of students. Logistic analysis showed sex and grade were predictors of HIV/AIDS knowledge awareness. Conclusion The HIV/AIDS awareness of college students of the medical university reached the national target set for school youth. However, there is still much space to improve in terms of items including HIV transmission via insect biting, synthetic drug use for HIV transmission and main HIV transmission route among college youth, et al.
