摘 要:目的评估医疗机构艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体筛查阳性患者院内转介实施信息化管理的效果。方法建立HIV抗体筛查阳性患者院内转介信息化管理模式,以信息化管理实施后非艾滋病门诊各科室HIV抗体筛查阳性患者为研究对象,与信息化管理实施前同期比较,了解信息化管理对提高HIV抗体筛查阳性患者院内转介管理的效果。结果实施HIV抗体筛查阳性患者院内转介信息化管理后,院内成功转介率从33.11%提高到91.65%;确证的应治艾滋病患者当年抗病毒治疗率由81.30%提高到85.34%;当年已抗病毒治疗患者确证距治疗平均天数,由26.37天缩短为17.11天,新增抗病毒治疗人数同比增长了23.27%。结论信息化管理促进了艾滋病的早检测、早发现、早治疗,提高了艾滋病病人抗病毒治疗的比例,使医务人员从繁杂的手工劳动中解脱出来。Objective To evaluate the effect of referral information management for screened HIV positive in hospital. Methods Aninformation management model was established for referral of the HIV antibody screening positive cases from other departments to HIV clinic in the hospital. Comparison was made before and after thereferral information management came into use. Results After operation of the referral information management, the successful referral rates of our hospital increased from 33.11% to 91.65 %. The antiretroviral treatment (ART) rates increased from 81.30% to 85.34%. Moreover, the average days from HIV diagnosis to ART for the detected AIDS patients were reduced from 26.37 days to 17.11 days, by a year-on-year growth of 23.27% patients receiving ART. Conclusion The referral information management can promote HIV detection and treatment, which is not only beneficial for the people infected with HIV/AIDS, but also for the clinical staff in the hospital to reduce their workload.
