摘  要:CO在再生器内的燃烧状况受主风流量和CO助燃剂添加量等条件的影响,分为CO完全燃烧和部分燃烧两种不同的燃烧模式。CO的燃烧状况反过来会影响再生器内的烧焦反应,改变再生器的温度以及再生催化剂表面焦炭含量,进而影响反应-再生系统的多稳态特性。在基准假组分催化裂化反应-再生系统稳态模型的基础上,通过对再生催化剂传输斜管上的换热器进行热量衡算,绘制热量曲线,确定了系统的2个稳态操作点。根据中国石油化工股份有限公司九江分公司的催化裂化装置实际生产数据设置系统参数,使CO分别处在完全燃烧和部分燃烧模式下,分析系统的稳定性;改变剂油比、原料油预热温度和主风温度,发现系统的2个稳态点在不同燃烧模式下均发生有规律的变化,但是在实际可操作范围内,稳态点的个数始终不变。There are two combustion modes of carbon monoxide( CO) in the regenerator,i. e. the total combustion mode and partial combustion mode,because of the combustion of CO is affected by many operating conditions such as the flowrate of combustion air and amounts of CO combustion promoter addition. Conversely,the CO combustion condition will influence the reaction of coke burning in the regenerator,change the regenerator temperature and the percentage of coke on the surface of regenerated catalyst,and then influence the steady state multiplicity of reactor and regenerator system. Based on the existing steady-state model of reactor and regenerator system in FCCU,heat curves are plotted with the data from heat exchanger and two steady states are found. The system parameters are set based upon the operating data of the FCC unit of SINOPEC Jiujiang Petrochemical Company so that the CO is in the partial combustion mode and complete combustion mode. The system stability is analyzed. It is found in the changing of catalyst to oil ratio,feedstock preheating temperature and main air temperature that the 2 steady-state points in the system will vary under different combustion modes. Whereas,the number of steady state doesn't change all the time.
