摘 要:综合分析了常减压蒸馏装置塔顶油气换热器换热效果下降的原因,并以中国石油天然气股份有限公司独山子石化分公司10 Mt/a蒸馏装置为例,阐述了优化换热效果的具体方案。针对原油性质评价、原油进电脱盐单元温度低于设计的实际情况,从换热器油气侧结垢、原油侧油泥沉积两方面进行原因分析,对脱前原油分支温度平衡调节、原油支线冲洗、换热器蒸汽吹扫、换热器高压水射流等方案进行对比,提出了大型换热器长周期运行的注意事项及针对换热效果下降的建议。The causes of reduction of heat exchange efficiency in the overhead oil vapor heat exchanger of atmospheric-vacuum distillation tower were analyzed,and the specific heat exchange optimization was described through a case study of a 10 MM TPY atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in Petro China Dushanzi Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.. On the basis of crude oil evaluation and the temperature of crude oil desalter lower than the design,the causes were studied in respect of fouling in the gas side and sludge deposition in the crude oil side. The precautions for the long-term operation of heat exchanger and recommendations to prevent the heat exchange efficiency reduction were presented through analysis and comparison of crude oil temperature adjustment,crude oil flushing,steam flushing of heat exchanger and high-pressure water injection of heat exchanger,etc.
