摘  要:对中国石化青岛炼油化工有限责任公司连续重整装置存在的问题进行了分析,结合装置的扩能改造,对节能降耗措施进行探讨并提出了建议。重整增压机K202利用停工大检修的机会实施控制系统改造,选用了美国压缩机控制公司CCC控制系统,采用性能控制及防喘振控制。脱异戊烷塔塔底热源由1.0 MPa蒸汽改为0.45 MPa蒸汽,改造后,节省了1.0 MPa蒸汽,充分回收利用了0.45 MPa蒸汽,平衡了全厂的蒸汽产耗。降低成本2 383万元/a。改造重整反应产物空冷器喷淋系统,降低蒸汽耗量;改造低低压凝结水系统,优化换热网络。改造后装置能耗降低了1 313 MJ/t,装置运行平稳,操作灵活性和弹性大大增加,产生了良好的经济效益。The existing problems in the continuous catalytic reforming unit in SINOPEC Qingdao Refining Chemical Co.,Ltd. were analyzed,and energy-saving measures were studied and proposed. 3C control was added to the reformer boosting compressor and control system was revamped in the scheduled refinery overhaul. The CCC control system of an American compressor control company was selected,and performance control and anti-surge control were adopted. The 1. 0 MPa steam produced from heat at the bottom of de-isopentanizer was changed into 0. 45 MPa steam. After revamping,the 1. 0 MPa steam was saved,the 0. 45 MPa steam was fully recovered,which had balanced the plant-wide steam supply. The annual saving was 23. 83 million Yuan( RMB) a year. The reformer products' cooler was revamped to reduce the steam consumption.The low-low pressure condensate water system was revamped and heat exchange train was optimized. After revamping,the energy consumption of the unit is reduced by 1313 MJ / t,the unit's operation is stable,the operation flexibility and turndown rate are greatly increased and good economic benefits have been achieved.
